XPA means Extra Pale, a product of Quickchange's lighter malt base. That delicate colour though is undercut by a glorious hit of alpha oils from Mosaic, Galaxy and Citra hops. Sometimes you don't want your mouth flayed raw and your liver worked to a standstill. Sometimes a few luscious notes of mango, guava, lychee and pineapple can be just the thing.

This beer was never meant to be subtle. Batch 4000 is exactly what you'd expect from a triple-Mosaic experiment gone feral - huge, hazy, aromatic, and just unstable enough that we're not convinced it won't start talking back. It detonates with layers of blueberry, mango, peach, dank tropical resin, and that unmistakable Mosaic "glow" that feels both fruity and slightly wild. Sip bravely.

A hallucinatory, mind-bending, consciousness-expanding, dream-like experience is not what you'll find in this can. It's just a beer, man. But, this cloudy IPA does have a gnarly hit of Riwaka, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops, with a tropical citrus flavour, and a totally piney finish. At least it's a trip for your taste-buds. Far out.

Speight's is the beer of choice after a hard day's work. Probably the least sweet of all New Zealand beers, this characteristic allows the full flavour of the malt and hops to shine through. The Orange Roughy's scientific name is Hoplostethus atlanticus. Which roughly translates as, hazy, hoppy pale ale with a tropical fruit aroma, citrus flavour, and malty backbone. In the past, the roughy has been subject to unsustainable practices - completely selling out. Thanks to the hard work of our brewers, numbers are now on the rise.
