You will need:

• 50ml of Jameson Irish Whisky
• 25ml of freshly-squeezed lemon juice
• 15ml of sugar syrup
• 15ml of egg white
• 3 dashs of sloe berry bitters
• Cherry or lemon twist for garnish

To make:

1. Fill a shaker with ice
2. Add Jameson, lemon juice, sugar syrup, egg white, sloe berry bitters and shake to combine
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
4. Garnish with a lemon twist
