You will need:
- Citrus, berries and any other seasonal fruit
 - 3 Tbsp Castor Sugar
 - 1 tsp cinnamon
 - Ice
 - 750ml bottle of light red wine
 - 100ml Brandy (or Whisky)
 - Soda water
 
To make:
- Chop fruit in a bowl and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon (we used, oranges, lemon, pear and red berries)
 - Cover and leave to macerate in the fridge for at least 1 hr
 - Stuir fruit to make sure the sugar has disolved and tip into a jug filled with ice
 - Add wine and brandy, then top with soda, garnish with mint and serve!
